2015 Swim Clinic: November 14 & 15, 2015
The clinic will cover:
• Optimal technique for freestyle, breast stroke, backstroke and butterfly. Similarities in underwater pull.
• Most effective drills.
• Designing meaningful workouts.
• Coaching pointers.
As much theory as possible will be incorporated in practical stroke correction of participants.
One classroom session will cover analysis of underwater filming of participants and underwater footage of Olympic swimmers.

Session 2: 12:00 - 2:00 PM
Question & Answer session Sunday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Remember to bring a water bottle, snacks, and an extra towel. Snacks WILL NOT be provided.
Clinic Instructor - Shelia Taormina
Sheila Taormina has competed in four Olympic Games and is the only woman in the world to have competed in three different sports in the Olympics— swimming, triathlon, and modern pentathlon. At just 5’ 2”in, Taormina refined her exceptional freestyle technique to win gold in the 1996 Olympics and the 2004 ITU triathlon world championship. She is the author of bestsellers Swim Speed Strokes (2014) and Swim Speed Secrets (2012) can be found on Amazon.
