Entry fees for recreational teams U5/6 is $125; for U8 is $145; for U10 is $205; for U12 is $255; for U14-16 is $280; and for U17-19 is $305. U5, U6 and U8 players will receive participation awards. U10-U19 with brackets of 4–6 will receive trophies for 1st and 2nd place; those with brackets of 8 or more will receive trophies for 3rd and 4th also.
