Brief Description

The Kohl's American Cup offers recreational soccer players an opportunity to play in a high-quality tournament in a fun atmosphere, where the emphasis is placed on participation, rather than competition.

Event Details

This is a Level 3-team only (rec. team) event! Teams are guaranteed three games. Scores and standings are not kept in the U10-below divisions, and all participants receive an award. In the U11-above divisions, semifinal and final matches are held, with the first- and second-place teams receiving awards.

Team Eligibility

1) A Level 3 (recreational) Iowa Soccer Association team, or an Iowa Soccer Academy team.
2) Rec. spring roster was received by Iowa Soccer by April 15, 2012.
3) Each player has a current seasonal year US Youth Soccer/Iowa Soccer rec. player pass with current picture.
4) Each player will provide the team coach or manager with a completed "Medical Release Form". Those forms will be shown to tournament officials at team check-in the first day of the tournament.
