Volunteer Fee

Is a mandatory $30 fee per family. This will be added to all registration prices listed above and will be reflected when you make payment on the final screen. We will issue a $30 refund when a minimum of 3 hours per family has been completed.

Protected Player Status

All players, U8 and older, will be placed on teams using a "Blind Draft" method MANDATED by Gulf Coast Youth Soccer Association. There are 3 "protected player" spots allowed per team. One for the coach, one for the assistant coach and one for the team sponsor. If you wish to secure a protected player status, you must notify the league registrar, via email, within 24 hours of registration. Soccerphant@yahoo.com)

FYSA Statement

FYSA recommends that players not register to a team whose age group exceeds the player's normal age.

Refund Information

Full refunds will only be offered before 10/1/12 or if Southside Youth Soccer League has an insufficient number of players to form a team. After 10/1/12, all requests for refunds must be presented to the Southside Youth Soccer League treasurer at Southside_Soccer@yahoo.com. A $50.00 administration fee will be withheld from any refund approved by the Southside Youth Soccer League Board of Directors.

Multi Child Family

The Multi Child Family Discount will automatically reduce the price of registration, by 50%, for players entered AFTER the second player. To receive the Multi Child Family Discount, you MUST enter the OLDEST players first, in chronological order. All players must reside at the same address and be registered at the same time.

Team Sponsorship

For more information regarding ANY Team Sponsorship, please contact your league Secretary at Southside_Soccer@yahoo.com within 24 hours of your online registration. Thank you.

Required Parent Meeting

This meeting is required for all parents registering players to Southside Youth Soccer League. If you do not attend this meeting, you will not receive information regarding your child's team roster until you are contacted by a coach. New concession schedules, practice / field rules and volunter requirements will also be discussed and distributed at this meeting.

Uniforms

Uniforms will be ordered by the sizes you give on your registration form. You will receive the uniform for your player from the coach or team parent. Uniforms are distributed at the end of October.
