INDIVIDUAL CAMP INFORMATION:

Camp Fees:
The fee for a one week camp session is $565.

Camp Refund Policy:
If you need to cancel your camper, we must have a faxed note of cancellation. Fax to 812-824-7747 in order to insure and receive your credit. Those who have applied and been accepted, but cannot attend camp for any reason, will receive a partial refund subject to the following cancellation policy:
1) For any cancellation which occurs on or before June 7, all fees refunded except a $165 handling and processing fee.
2) For any cancellation which occurs after June 7, but before day of camp, there is a $365 handling and processing fee.
3) Day of camp cancellation - no refund.

Check In/Check Out:
Campers will register between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. EST on Sunday. The first training session is Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Camp will conclude at 12 noon on Thursday following the 11:30 a.m. Award Ceremony.

Camp Ball:
Each camper must have a soccer ball at camp. Bring your own ball or purchase a custom made, hand-stitched size 5 adidas ball featuring the Indiana University logo. The price of this ball is $30.00 if paid in advance. Availability is limited. Please check the appropriate box on the application. A soccer ball may be purchased at registration for $35.00 while available. Campers will pick up their camp ball at registration.

Camp Insurance:
The Indiana Soccer Camp provides secondary accident/medical insurance.

Physicals:
No physical examination is required. Each camper must have a new, completed parental consent form on file with the camp each summer. The form is on the back of the camp application. Current tetanus is required.

Transportation/Hotel:
The Indianapolis Airport is located 60 minutes from Bloomington. The Indiana Soccer Camp does not provide ground transportation, however for the airport shuttle we recommend www.starofamerica.com at 800-933-0097 www.starofamerica.com or Classic Touch Limo at 800-319-0082 or visit www.classictouchlimo.com for all your ground transportation needs to and from the Indianapolis Airport. For campers/parents who may need to arrive a day early, please access www.visitbloomington.com for all your lodging and dining needs.

Eligibility:
All sessions are open to any and all boys, ages 11-19 pre-college. NCAA legislation allows high school graduates to attend camp.

Confirmation Letter / Additional Information
Upon receipt of the camper’s application and parental consent form, a thorough checklist of items necessary for camp will be sent by mail. This letter includes complete registration information. Please call (800) 999-7667 if you have not received confirmation of enrollment within three weeks.
