The cost of IAAI membership, and the certification exam fee are NOT included in the tuition for this course. Prerequisites: The student should be familiar with National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) Publications 921 (Guide to the Investigation of Fires and Explosions) and 1033 (Professional Qualifications for Fire Investigators). It is recommended that the student have, or at least have access to, current copies of each.
