This class is geared towards those individuals who have been recommended by their health care professionals to engage in a slower-paced class or for those who are looking for exercises encouraging strong and conscious movement. We will work on Pilates foundations focusing on engaging and strengthening your muscles to improve posture and help you move with ease.
