This class will introduce you to a practice that can bring strength, balance and flexibility to your life. Through basic postures and alignment principles you will be able to discover the benefits of yoga at your own pace. While geared toward the beginner, this class is also great for students with more experience looking to further develop basic postures. Participants should bring their own mat and water. 8 week classes.
