Join former contestants from The Biggest Loser and run or walk through the beautiful Seattle, WA! This course has great views of the city and takes you around Lake Union.
Each registered participant and finisher will receive the following:

Rain or Shine: This event will take place rain or shine, so please dress accordingly.
For the safety of all participants, the following are prohibited: bicycles, in-line skates, skateboards, strollers and all motor-driven vehicles. Portable toilets, fluid replacement and first aid will be available on the course. Certified medical personnel will be available at the start and finish areas of the race. A visor, sunscreen, lip balm and good shoes will get you safely across the finish line.
*Please note: All participants must wear their bib in order to have their times recorded. Race Results will be posted at www.BiggestLoser.com/RunWalk shortly after the race.
Gear check will be available for all participants on race day. Please tear off the gear check tag from the bottom of your bib and attach it to your bag using the gear check tie provided in your runners envelope at packet pick-up.
Runner Secure Zone/Finish Line:
Once you cross the finish line you'll enter a Runner Secure Zone - a fenced off area for race participants only. You will receive water, sports drink, and food.
Parking and Spectators
Spectators: We welcome all spectators to cheer on participants and loved ones! There is no fee to be a spectator at this race.
Rules and Policies
Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your race number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your entry fee to future races. If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future events for three years. You must show photo ID to receive your race number and timing chip. No one else can pick up your packet for you. Half Marathon/5K bibs are required to participate. No coaches, handcycles, bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, baby joggers or dogs will be allowed on the course.
Course Time Limit:
5K participants have 1.5 hours to complete the course (30 min/mile pace).
Half marathon participants have 5 hours to complete the course (22 min/mile pace).
Kids Fit One Mile Challenge:
Free kids race (ages 4-12) sponsored by Kids Fit Foundation!
