About This Activity

Jeannine Palermo is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor who teaches adult and kids classes throughout Westchester County. Using free weights and body weight, we will work on body toning and increasing muscular strength, endurance, cardio and flexibility - all important components of overall health and fitness. All muscle groups will be worked. Come see and feel the difference. All fitness levels welcome!
