Our MORNING Body Inspired Fitness Camp meets 3 days a week for 6-weeks, giving you a total of 18 intense, effective, unique, and FUN workouts that WILL change your body like nothing you have ever done before and get you excited to workout again. All morning classes are taught by Angela Parker, founder and owner of Body Inspired Fitness. Angela is a certified fitness trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association. In addition to her highly successful boot camp Angela created and co-authored The Mother Daughter Fitness Program 90-Days to a Stronger Body & Deeper Connection with your Daughter, a 90-day at-home program that is available for sale on Amazon.com. Angela will also be appearing in the MTV show, Chelsea Settles, this fall. On the show you will see how Angela helped a 23 year old girl lose a significant amount of weight and how Angela helped change her life through the power of exercise. Working with Angela 3 times a week will change your body like nothing you have ever done before!
