Looking for a fun way to stay in shape? Move with music as you work your body in this unique and fun class especially designed for the older body. We use low-impact ballroom, line dance and Latin dance steps, working with right- and left-brain integration. Class includes strength training with free weights and resistance bands (some seated, some standing), dance & locomotion, and stretching. We finish with Tai Chi movements.
Sharon has an M.S. in P.E. and has taught through Cabrillo College & the Dominican Hospital PEP program.
