Dance Aerobics

About This Activity

Have fun as you "dance/exercise" your way through 40 minutes of low-impact aerobics (suitable for age 55 years and up). Class also includes 15 minutes of strength training with weights and resistance bands and 15 minutes of stretches. Exercises all major muscle groups. If you would like to observe the class before signing up, call 476-7177 to arrange.

Sharon has an M.S. in P.E. and has taught through Cabrillo College & the Dominican Hospital PEP program.
