Our New and improved Zumba Program will be alternating between Zumba Toning and Zumba Sentao, along with 2 regular Zumba classes, giving the students the perfect exercise program combination to help them burn calories and tone their bodies, while having loads of funs and learning new dance moves.

 

Zumba Fitness 

Zumba is a Latin inspired with international flair, fitness program that features hot, current and exotic rhythms set at a high energy. Students not only enjoy their workout, they don't even feel like they're working out. One can burn up to a 1000 calories in one hour of Zumba. It's easy to follow along and best of all, it's fun!   

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning is a body sculpting workout program, which combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

 

Zumba Sentao

 

Zumba Sentao is a chair-based workout exercise, where the student learns to strengthen, balance and stabilize his or her core, while kicking up the cardio. Strutting, shimmying and shaking are a combination as the we work the chair, in this high energy fitness Party.

 

Bring water, towel and wear tennis shoes.
