About This Activity

Dojo Sweat is a new total body fitness program incorporating the fundamentals of Karate and Kickboxing.  This class combines practical fighting techniques with upbeat music, aerobics, plyometrics, meditation and strength training.  Students will sweat, lose pounds and gain strength and endurance.
