During our week long Top Flight/CrÃ³ga CrossFit Strength & Conditioning Program we will focus on developing each young athleteâs strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility and balance. We will be putting your young athleteâs through tried and true CrossFit workouts implemented by the "Fittest on Earth" in their everyday training. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get you ready for anything! Itâs a perfect blend of cardio (running, rowing, biking), gymnastics (push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, etc.) and weightlifting (deadlifts, cleans, snatches, etc.) that are constantly varied by quantity & duration and performed at high intensity.
