About This Activity

Brahmananda Ashram uses in-depth study of original Sanskrit texts as a critical teaching tool in Sanskrit classes. Sanskrit is one of the oldest languages and is still very much alive today. The Rig-Veda is widely acknowledged as being the oldest written record of any kind. Suggested donation: Drop in $18 per class or 7 class pass for $108. Classtimes are Monday 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Sanskrit beginners level 2 with Kiranavali Devi) and 12 - 1:30 p.m. (Sanskrit beginners level 1 with Kiranavali Devi); Wednesday 12 - 1:30 p.m. (Sanskrit beginners level 1 with Kiranavali Devi); Friday 10:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. (Sanskrit beginners level 1 with Kiranavali Devi) and 12 - 1:30 p.m. (Sanskrit beginners level 2 with Kiranavali Devi).
