This class involves a fun, body conditioning and breathing routine that will help you to build flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination. Come and develop a lean, toned body! Resistance band, hand weights, bath towel and yoga mat required. The class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor. Sign up each month.
