I AM STRONG women's half marathon training program (San Diego Mermaid Run)

About This Activity

This program is designed for moms and women of all ages. It's pretty simple: Take some time for you, leave the husband and kids at home and join us for a run once a week in preparation for a half marathon! The program lasts 10 weeks and meets on Saturday mornings at 7:30am. You'll receive 10 group training sessions, a custom workout plan designed especially for you, your fitness level, and busy schedule, and a I AM STRONG performance tech T-shirt

Participants should be able to run/walk at least 3 miles or 30 minutes when starting the program. Note: registration does not include race entry fee. Participants must register for the half marathon on their own. Race fee is $60
