About This Activity

Girls on the Go 10 week series includes runs and seminars that prepare women to run a vairety of distances froma 5k, 10k or half marathon. All levels of runners are welcome.<
>The program is designed with a woman in mind. Whether you are a walker, a run/walker or an experienced runner, we have the program, the coaching and the experience to help you achieve your goals.
