Lesley Norris is a fitness professional with 30 years of experience. Lesley strives to offer a variety of classes so participants get fit, not bored! Lesley is an American Council on exercise Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist.

Looking for variety and fun along with a great combination of cardio and strength training? This class is it! Each week both the format and the equipment used will change to provide a full body workout.
Saturdays, 12/1-12/29 from 9:00am-10:00am
A user friendly, total body workout set to relaxing music. Experience flowing sequences to create length and strength, followed by gentle restorative stretches and meditations to create harmony and vitality within.
Mondays, 11/26-12/17 and 1/3/13 from 6:30pm-7:30pm
Become one with the music in this dance class that borrows music and moves from styles such as Zumba, hip hop, jazz, kick boxing, funk, and disco. Get a great workout with dance routines that have been choreographed to the words and rhythm of songs followed by core exercise to trim and tone.
