About This Activity

Young Food Chemists will explore the world of tiny fungus and natural fruit pectin while making bread fresh and natural kid-concocted jelly. Aztec chocolate creations, seaweed based yummy gummy candy making and delicious insects will also be on the menu! Additional gastronomical delights include monster marshmallows, shake and make fruit sorbet & ice cream; lots of edible kid-created masterpieces! Ages 5-7 years.
