36th Annual SARR Turkey Trot 4 Miler

About This Activity

Children's Runs (60 yard dash, 1/4 mile run and 1/2 mile run) - Start at 8:15 AM
4 Mile Fun Run and Walk - Start at 9:00 AM

Avoid the parking hassles in the park!! - Free parking at Blossom Athletic Center and shuttle bus transportation to/from event between 7 AM to Noon. Spectators welcome on buses.

Bring the family and start your Thanksgiving Day by getting your heart pumping!

    � A portion of the proceeds will benefit the SARR Scholarship Fund.
    � Bring non-perishable canned goods for SAMM Ministries.
    � Also accepting donations in the form of check only to SAMM Ministries.

    Event info:
      � 80 Free Smoked Turkeys!!! Will be given away by drawing from registered 4 Mile Run/Walk participants.
      � Ribbons for all registered children participating.
      � Runner friendly course! And staggered start for walkers and runners.
      � Water on course. Water and fresh fruit at finish.
      � Awards to the Overall Male and Overall Female.
      � Long sleeved commemorative T-shirts will be sold on race day for $15 (Adults) and $10 (Children).
      � Medical aid available.

        � 8:15 AM - Childrens Runs (60 yard dash, 1/4 mile run and 1/2 mile run)
        � 9:00 AM - 4 Mile Fun Run

          � Online here for 4 Miler (no online registration for children's runs)

          � Register starting Oct. 1st at Soler's Sportsn, 18720 Stone Oak Pkwy, Ste 150, 210-490-9987. Last day to pre-register at Soler's is close of business Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2011.
          � Register at Soler's Sports, 2589 Jackson-Keller Rd, ONE DAY ONLY from NOON to 7 PM Tuesday Nov. 22, 2011. Shirts can be purchased at Soler's Sports at pre-registration.
          � Race day registration starts at 7:15 AM but early registration is highly recommended - don't stand in lines on race day!
