E-Fit ~ a strength and conditioning program designed for Endurance Athletes by an Endurance Athlete!! Class is limited. I can not watch 15-17 people at any given time and make sure that they are doing the form right. The max will be 10 people per class. This is not a Boot Camp…this is a specialty class designed for Endurance Athletes. When I plan my workouts for my triathletes, I periodize. I will do the same for these classes…there is scientific thought behind this process.
