Our Mission: "Footsteps for Fertility Foundation is a charitable organization created to raise awareness surrounding infertility, and provide grants for those who require fertility treatments such as: In Vitro Fertilization, Frozen Embryo Transfer, and Intrauterine Insemination through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics."
- Dr Foulk from Utah Fertility Center has donated his services for a FREE cycle of IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5k race as a Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant.
- Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine at University of Utah has donated services for a FREE cycle if IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded at the 5k race as a Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant.
- Reproductive Care Center has donated services for 4, 50% off cycles of IVF, in kind, to the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation, to be awarded as Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants.
- In addition, all monies raised at the Utah race will be awarded as monetary Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grants (typically $5,ooo) providing more opportunities for each couple.
The random selection process for the grants will take place directly following the 5k race. Each registrant will receive one complimentary ticket with their registration that may be entered for random selection to be awarded a Footsteps Grant for themselves, or for someone they know who requires fertility treatments. Please share this with anyone you know who needs fertility treatments. All registration monies and donations will directly benefit couples that require fertility treatments who participate in this race.
Please note that everyone who will be applying to receive a Footsteps for Fertility Grant must fill out and return the Footsteps for Fertility Foundation Grant application. The application can be found at http://footstepsforfertility.wordpress.com/grants/ or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Applications will be reviewed within 24-48 hours.
**Please note that we will accept grant applications even on race day. We do caution against waiting to turn them in until then because an application may be rejected due to incompletion (ie: a missing DR note).**
Don't forget to register for the Idaho race which is September 14th at 9am in Pocatello (only a short drive from Utah!) Grants include a free cycle from Idaho Center for Reproductive Medicine and Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine, and two 50% off cycles from Reproductive Care Center.
