The 16th Annual Judgesrun 5K Fun Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 8:00 AM. The Race will start at Highland High School, at the corner of 21st South and 17th East in Sugar House, and will end at the Wasatch Presbyterian Church, at 1626 South 1700 East, with a FREE pancake breakfast and live entertainment by Paisley Van Patten! Breast Cancer Survivors run for free! Contact the Foundation at (801) 428-0684 or email@example.com to get your free registration!
The purpose of the Race (and all Anne Stirba Cancer Foundation events) is to raise money for breast cancer research at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah. 100-percent of the registration proceeds and race pledges will go directly to the Huntsman Cancer Institute for the continued fight against breast cancer. The Judgesrun 5K is Salt Lake City's premier 5K road race. It is USATF-certified, and features a fun-filled morning of activities, a FREE pancake breakfast, T-shirts for preregistered participants, random prize drawings, first- and second-place awards to the top finishers in different age groups, random prize drawings, music, and just a great time to socialize with family and friends. Awards are given for male and female winners in first and second place in the following divisions: Open, Masters, 11 and under, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older, and walkers. We encourage participating as a group on behalf of a breast cancer survivor or as an organization. Make it fun! Wear costumes, shirts with survivors pictures, etc. - whatever represents you and your group best!
