Wednesday at B&S Sport Science 4-6pm (85 Leavitt St. Enter Shetland Park) Thursday at B&S Sport Science 4-7pm. (85 Leavitt St. Enter Shetland Park) Friday at Bentley School 4:30pm -7pm. (25 Memorial Drive, Salem) Saturday at Bentley School 5:15am-7am.
The race will start at 7am! Registration and Packet Pickup will open at 5:30am.

The course is going to be one of the best around! We will start down by Salem Willows and follow Rt. 114 into Marblehead up around the neck and down through historic Salem, Derby Street and back to the Willows to finish. The only big hills are on the Marblehead neck - there are a few other hills on the course but nothing major. There will be plenty of volunteers and police keeping the runners safe.

Parking on Race Day:
There are some parking spots along the roads at Bentley School - but those are limited. We are encouraging runner's and spectators to park at Salem Willows down the road where there is plenty of parking. That is only a 1/2 Mile down the road from Bentley School. The Salem Trolley Co. has graciously offered to provide transportation for runners in the morning.
Age Group and OTHER Award Categories
1st, 2nd and 3rd overall male & female 1st, 2nd and 3rd M/F in each age group: Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59,60-69, 70+
The course has a 3 1/2 hour time limit.
The course will have an "Aid" Station every 1.5 miles or so. Each aid station will have PowerAde and water. The aid station along the Marblehead Neck (miles 4.5 and 7.5) will have Power Gel, twizzlers, petroleum jelly, Bathrooms: Mile 4.5 and 7.5 located at Devereux Beach. There will be signs at the aid station.
Walkers are welcome!! If you are walking, you will be starting at 6:00am and must report to the timing table before beginning. Also, be aware that volunteers and aid stations will not definitley be ready for you in the first few miles of your walk.
