Cross Country 6K Relay Community/High School

About This Activity

Each relay team consists of two people. Each runner completes a fast 3K loop. The first mile of each leg is down hill -time for a personal record! The purpose of the relay format is to use each 3K leg to bring out the team camaraderie that cross country is known to have. It is suggested to use the event as a team building or motivating goal for you and your training partner.

Prizes include: Trophies for: Men's, Women's & Alumni Relays Fastest Split 1st Leg Male/Female Fastest Split 2nd Leg Male/Female Tshirts to the first 100 participants
