Grains for Hope is a non-profit organization founded by Sabetha High School students in 2006. This 501(c)(3) organization sends nutritionally fortified bean-like and rice-like extruded food products to Haiti and Mozambique in an effort to address problems of hunger in those countries. Grains For Hope students learn to be ethical leaders with compassionate awareness of global issues. To date, Grains for Hope has sent over 25 tons of product to impoverished people. Please assist the students in their efforts to strengthen the Grains for Hope organization by participating in our 2013 50 Mile Bike Ride Fundraiser. We look forward to seeing you there to help us send our fortified food products to these impoverished countries. If your schedule does not allow you to participate this year, supporting Grains for Hope with a simple donation is always greatly appreciated as well! Thank you for your support!
