Separate Men's and Women's 5K's held at beautiful Wrightsville Beach, NC. This is a fast, flat certified 5K where you can test your skills against your gender.

Entry Fee:

$15 for Adults, $10 for 12 and under, $10 for students. Valid ID required on race day. Race Day: $20, $15 for under 12 and students.

T-shirt sizes are: S, M, L, XL, XXL

30th Anniversary Commemorative LS Tech Tee's are available for a small upgrade fee of $10. Women's and Men's S, M, L, XL, XXL.

Day of race packet pickup and registration will be in the Ballrooms of the Blockade Runner Beach Resort from 11 am to 12:45 pm..
