So that you will have have your car at the end of this point to point race, park at the Temple Mt parking lot and car pool or use one of our shuttles to the High School BEFORE the race. A GEAR van will take your bag from the start to the finish line at the top of the mountain. NOTE: We will not have enough shuttles for everyone, so it is expected that some runners get together at the finish and arrange for one of them to CARPOOL to the start.
It takes at least 15 minutes to drive from the Start to the finish and that means if you are not at the finish by 8:40 you probably will miss the start of the race.
The is all comfortably do-able unless you are one of those many people who just won't plan to arrive early. This is a great race but it is a logistical bear to manage and we can't let a few runners spoil it for the rest.
