Kids’ Fun Runs
- Starts at 8:30 AM
- Warm up begins at 8:10 AM
- 100 yard dash, 1/2 mile scamper or 1 mile scamper
- Ribbons for all participants & Prizes for winners
5K & 10K Races
- The 5K Race/Walk begins at 8:30 AM
- The 10K Race begins at 8:40 AM
- Runners who have not picked up their runner’s bibs on Saturday should arrive at least 70 minutes before race time. T-shirts are given to all pre-registered runners, we will also offer a limited amount of T-shirts for registrants at day of race.* no guarantees on T-shirts sizes.
Participants can only run in one race. *Jogging strollers are allowed only in the 5K Race and Walk. Strollers and walkers must start behind runners. No Refunds.
-We use the ChronoTrack Timing System (ChronoTrack.com). "B-Tags" are in runner bibs. The 5K & 10K course are USATF certified.

5K Route Description:
5K (3.1 mile) Loop Through Golf Course and around Beach Area:

Start is in Beach area, on the Exit Road: Slightly south of the pedestrian crosswalk (across from the large parking area)
Exit beach area RIGHT onto Soundview Ave.
LEFT onto Compo Road South
LEFT into Golf Course Exit Road, bear to the RIGHT onto Old Cuttings Lane
Stay to the RIGHT as you pass the Log House
SHARP LEFT onto Cuttings Lane (at intersection of Cuttings Lane and Julian Brody Road)
LEFT onto Herbert Baldwin Lane – Golf course Exit Road (Lot C near pool parking lot)
RIGHT out of Golf course onto Compo Road South
RIGHT at Minute Man Statue onto Compo Beach Road
RIGHT onto Compo Beach Entrance Road
5K and 10K FINISH is the same: on Entrance Road, just south of the pedestrian crosswalk on the entrance road, where the tall poles are.
10K Route Description:
Course Description: 10K (6.2 mile) Loop, Various Main Roads and Beach Area

Start is in Beach Area, on the Exit Road, south of the crosswalk, south of the 5K start (across from the large parking area)
Exit beach area RIGHT onto Soundview Avenue
LEFT onto Compo Road South
LEFT onto Bridge Street
RIGHT onto Imperial
RIGHT onto Baker
RIGHT onto Compo Road South
LEFT onto Greens Farms Road
RIGHT onto Hillspoint Road
SLIGHT LEFT to continue onto Soundview Avenue
LEFT onto Compo Beach Entrance Road
