Brief Description

Shake, Rattle and Run 5K is a professionally timed event that can be used as a qualifying race. Find your time posted after the race on Colorado Race Timing. Hang around after the run to enjoy on-site interactive exhibitor tables, visit the St. Anthony North Health Tent for health screenings and meet St. Anthony North Hospital physicians! Join us for great prizes for Fastest Man and Fastest Woman! Wear your best costume and be entered in a drawing to win fantastic prizes!

Starting Line Area

The Starting Line and all activities will be located in the North East parking lot of The Orchard Town Center, behind REI.

Directions

From I-25 North: take the 144th Avenue exit, exit 226. Turn left on E 144th Avenue. Take a Right on North Delaware St.

Additional Information

Shake, Rattle and Run will begin at 8AM. Registration will open at 7AM for packet, t-shirt and goody bag pick-up. Race day registration is available $30 for adults, $20 for kids and seniors and $80 for the family 4 pack. Online registration is available until October 20 6PM mountain time. Shake, Rattle and Run is a benefit to support the St. Anthony North Health Foundation's Hospital Support Fund Program. 100% of your registration fee is benefitting the St. Anthony North Hospital
