Brief Description

Join us for a 5K Run, 1-mile Family Health Walk and Children's races for a fun-loving time to start the day with mom to honor her on her special day. Registration starts at 8, Health Walk at 9 and 5K at 10. Women's Heart Foundation specially designed T-shirts guaranteed to all those runners who pre-registered (Day-of-Race registrants—–while supplies last). Post-race awards, buffet and D.J. • Computerized timing and scoring by L & M Sports. Course measured by Baldasari Race Management.

 

Directions to Mercer County Park

Go to http://www.womensheart.org/runformom/#MCP for directions. The Run and Walk will start near the Marina. Park at the Marina or the West Picnic Area.

   

Additional Information

This is Women's Heart Foundation's 6th annual Run event at beautiful Lake Mercer. We had 380 participants last year and our goal this year is to reach 500. Come out to support a good cause in commemoration of Mothers Day and National Women's Health Week. Help us implement heart disease prevention programs in schools. We will also be selling recycled costume jewelry with 100% of proceeds to WHF.
