Safe Harbor of Chester County is a nonprofit organization providing food, shelter, friendship, counseling and recovery opportunities to single homeless men and single homeless women, focusing on rehabilitation, treatment, employment, financial stability and housing for its residents. Awards for overall male and female runners. Awards for top three finishers, male and female, in 13 & under, 14 - 18, 19 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, and 60 + Post-race refreshments. Parking, and restroom facilities.
