The annual Save Your Skin 10K (6.2 miles) and 2 mile awareness walk will be held in the Davis County, Utah on Saturday September 25, 2010 starting at the West Bountiful Park off Pages Lane (1600 North) just west of I-15.

7:30 a.m. check-in and packet pick-up
8:45 a.m. Zumba warm up
9 a.m. 10K Race start time
9:10 a.m. 2 mile awareness walk
11 a.m. awards at the park covered pavilion
REGISTRATION
Registration is available through active.com. (Donations - no race entries are also accepted)
10K Race fee: $35
2 Mile Race fee: $20
Race registration deadline: Sept. 18, 2010
Late registration and race day registration will be available for $10 more and there is no guarantee of a shirt. Dry-wick shirts and goodie bags will be provided for pre-registered participants, so register early.
Registration is required for both the walk and run. The walk will be non-competitive and the run will be chip timed with prizes available three deep in each age category. Both routes are out-and-back and refreshments will be provided to participants. All run and walk participants will be eligible for random prize drawings through the event (must be present to win). No award mail out.
This is a family friendly event with a covered picnic tables under the pavilion and a playground for children. There are a few sand volleyball courts and plenty of grass to play on. There will be music so come prepared to have fun.
Route
There will be a chip timed 10K and a non-timed 2 mile fun walk.
