Brief Description

Temple Health & Fitness is hosting/timing a series of 5K's to benefit local non-profits - including men's homes, women's homes, children's homes, & the provision of goods & services to those who would not otherwise be able to afford them! A few in our 2013 series were New Year's New Beginnings 5K, Lover's Lope 5K, Leaping Leprechauns 5K, Nobody's Fool Fun Run 5K, Mother’s Day Dash 5K, & Father’s Day Fun Run 5K. The next one is the Run for Independence 5K Run/Walk.

ENTRY FEE: $18 - w/ T-shirt (before June 23), $20 - w/ T-shirt (before July 8) or $25 - T-shirt AS AVAILABLE (July 8-19). Race-Day Registration will be available for $5 more – T-shirt AS AVAILABLE. (Checks payable to: Temple Health & Fitness.) PACKET PICK-UP: Race Day – 7/20/13 - 7am-7:45am (Getzendaner Park). AWARDS: 5K 1st Overall Masters male/female, 1st Overall male/female, Age group male/female: 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. SILENT AUCTION: Must have payment with you. Various local businesses are donating to our silent auction. There will be several prizes to bid on.
