The course is USATF certified and will be on the park roads only, no trails will be used. It is 100% flat, the perfect PR course!
You may purchase a performance shirt or even add a pair of great FOX RIVER running socks to your entry.
There will be early pick up and late registration at the Runner's Flat shoe store in Cedar Falls from 5 to 7 the night before the race.
Everyone is encouraged to wear something fun. There will be a costume contest with prizes to the top "fools."
There will be door prizes drawn after awards. Must be present to win.
There are special prices in place for families of 3 to 5. members must be nuclear (parents and kids). There is also special pricing for kids 12 and under.
