Brief Description

Capital Sprints kicks off the first race in The Dash series. Racers will take on the challenging, timed 5K. The Mother's Day 5K Dash benefits ACHIEVE Kids Tri.

Registration $30 thru 3/31; Registration $40 4/1-Until Closing

Cancellation Policy

Capital Sprints does not offer refunds, rollovers, credits or transfers at anytime. All registrations are final.

Race Day Parking

Beach Drive is closed to traffic on weekends south of Joyce Rd & Ross Dr. Stage Rd is closed to traffic on race morning. Morrow Rd will close to traffic at 7:45 on race morning. Please use Colorado Ave (from 16th St) to park at Grove 24/ Tennis Center.

Additional Information

The Mother's Day 5K Dash packet pickup will be available the morning of the race. The Dash 5K is a chip timed event. All participants must pick up their packets and chips prior to the race start between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.
