Brief Description

Join us for a Caribbean theme event filled with Soca music, themed mile markers, great prizes and a nice shaded park route in the summer. Grab a pledge sheet and start raisng funds for Sarcoidosis Research. Prizes for $100 plus level fundraisers. Walk or Race, start a team with your company, neighbors or friends. Explore the beauty of Rock Creek Park . Vendor prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd Prize winners. Additional prizes for first place winners in each age group.

Additional Information

Sarcoidosis (pronounced SAR-COY-DOE-SIS) is an inflammatory disease that can affect almost any organ in the body. It causes heightened immunity, which means that a person’s immune system, which normally protects the body from infection and disease, overreacts, resulting in damage to the body’s own tissues. While part of the proceeds will help with the efforts to increase Sarcoidosis Awareness, Fitness Heights will offer Prizes, Networking, Giveaways and more. T-Shirts for all registrations.Teams register for only $100.00 for up to 5 participant when you register by May 15.
