Brief Description

Support your local EMS providers...by participating in the 3rd Annual VBARSV "Live By Example" 5K Rescue Run or 1 Mile Fun Run on April 9th! Open to citizens of all ages ~ prizes, food, entertainment, cornhole, vendors, exhibitors and a fabulous After Party complete with FREE PIZZA from Dough Boy's California Pizza. Every runner who raises $250+ in pledge donations or the recruits 10 or more runners will receive special recognition and a commemorative gift!!

FEES FOR EITHER RACE:

Adults $25.00 Donation ($35.00 after April 6, 2011) Youth $15 Donation ($25.00 after April 6, 2011)

AFTER ONLINE REG IS CLOSED:

Registration closes at 9PM on Thursday 4/7/2011 but we will accept participants up until the minute. Simply come to Croc's 19th Street Bistro from 6-9PM Friday night before the race and get registered! You may show up after 7am on race day and register onsite~ the choice is yours!!

PRE RACE (Packet Pickup)

Friday Night April 8, 2011 Croc's 19th Street Bistro (Parking Across the Street Wareing's Gym) 6-9PM Pick up your race packet, bibs and T-Shirts! Drink and food specials~ meet your Virginia Beach EMS Volunteers!

POST RACE PARTY

Saturday After the Race April 9, 2011 Dough Boy's California Pizza (directly across the street from 24th Street Park) 11-2PM Check your race bag for a special coupon for FREE PIZZA!! Drink specials and time to meet your fellow runners!
