Brief Description

Join us at Mt Trashmore Park as we WHEEL, RUN and WALK for Cerebral Palsy of Virginia. Registration begins at 7:00 AM. The 5K will begin at 8:30 AM & 1 Mile Fun Walk will begin at 9:15 AM. Rain or Shine

Young & old, tall & short, children & adults of all abilities participate in this fun event. It’s the perfect event for all runners & walkers. So grab your neighbor, your family and friends and WHEEL, RUN or WALK WITH US

Team Captain Registration

To create and join a team, team captains will first create the team by clicking on the "BLUE" Create Your Team" button above. Then return to this page and click the "Register Now" button. Choose any of the categories then select your team name from the drop down box on the registration form.

Proceeds
Proceeds benefit programs and services offered by Cerebral Palsy of Virginia to individuals with cerebral palsy and other developmental disabilities such as those with down syndrome, autism, muscular dystrophy, intellectual disabilties, learning disabilities as well as those with hearing, speech and visual impairments.
