Course

The ATMUF 5K will start at the mural parking lot across from the Vienna train station and follow the scenic W & OD Trail to Clarke's Crossing and back . A water stop will be located near the turnaround point.

Timing

The IPICO chip timing system will provide accurate times for the event for all participants. Timing system and start/finish line management provided by Potomac River Running.

Charity

The Virginia Physical Therapy Association celebrates October as National Physical Therapy Month by presenting this event to benefit the Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area. All proceeds support PFNCA's great programs to help those living with Parkinson disease, their carepartners and families.

Awards and Prizes

All registered participants will receive a commemorative T-shirt. There will be awards and prizes for the top 3 overall male and female finishers, and top male and female wheelchair finishers. Age group awards will be presented to the top male and females in age catagories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.

Random Prizes!

Random prize give aways will follow the event! Win gift certificates from local restaurants - Great American, PF Changs, Cafe Renaissance, to name a few - free massages, camelback hydration systems, tickets to Jammi' Java, and other fun prizes!

Post race refreshments

Enjoy a variety of refreshments after the race such as bagels, fruit, and cupcakes from Pie Gourmet.

Packet Pick-up

You may register in person or pick up your race packet at Potomac River Running - Tysons store, located at 7516 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church VA 22043, on Saturday, October 23 11am - 4pm. Race day registration and packet pick-up will be from 6:30am - 7:15am at the race start location at Vienna Centennial Park.
