This event is for participants of all ages and skill levels.
1-Mile Fun Run/Walk Course — Enjoy a torch lit walk or run on a 1-mile course on the County Park Trails.
5K Course — The 5K course will be on the Woodford County Park cross-country course. This course is one of the most challenging cross-country courses in the state. Whether you walk or run, your sure to enjoy this beautiful course.
The route will be further enhanced by Tiki Torches that will light the course on race day. It will make for a perfect summer evening walk or run! (5K race entry includes the Fun Run!)
Proceeds benefit the Versailles-Woodford County Park Scholarship Fund. This fund offers assistance to individuals and families with financial need so they can participate in Parks & Recreation programs as well as utilize the Falling Springs Arts and Recreation Center. Scholarships are used to provide aid for adult and children in programs such as youth basketball, Start Smart sports programs, martial arts, swim lessons, fitness programs and more. Scholarships are also used to help cover costs of passes to the Falling Springs Center.
