Brief Description

Pat’s Run is the signature fundraising event for the Pat Tillman Foundation. Held annually in April at ASU's Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, AZ, the 4.2 mile run/walk attracts over 30,000 participants, volunteers and spectators.


Through a partnership with the ASU Alumni Association, Pat’s Run Shadow Runs will be held in cities across the country on or near April 20. Shadow Runs are casual, fun runs held in parks and recreational areas.

Shadow Runs will be held nationwide spanning from Portland to New York, and many cities in between. Click here for a complete list of locations.

How to Register for a Shadow Run

Click on Register Now, Race Registration and choose the Adult or Kids option. Select the Shadow Run team representing the city you wish to participate in from the drop down list.

Shadow Run Race Shirts

Race shirts will be mailed directly to registered participants by Monday, April 15 for delivery prior to your Shadow Run.

Team Tillman

Every registered Shadow Runner has the opportunity to join Team Tillman Pat's Run to earn unique gear and incentives while raising important funds and awareness for the Tillman Military Scholars program. Each registered participant will receive an email prompting you to personalize your webpage, upload photos, send emails and communicate with donors. Learn more at www.teamtillman.org.
