Brief Description

2009: all proceeds benefit the TSC clinic, Children's Hospital Oakland.

10K: moderate difficultly. Traverses through Lagoon Valley Hills, starts flat & covers 2 main elevation gains of 300 & 600 ft

Partial single path, partial wide. Panoramic views. Shade & open spaces.

5K is a mild trail course, with mild elevation gains throughout. Great for first time trail runners.

2 Mile fun run: flat and wide around small lake.

Half Mile Kids: all trail.

This is the 3rd year at Lagoon Valley for TSC awareness. In 2008 we added the first 10K Trail Run at Lagoon Valley with 100+ happy 10K runners for the first trail run at Lagoon Valley. Solano Stampede Running Club and Fleet Feet Sports of Vacaville will be active again this year in the course development for the 5K, 10K, and 1/2 mile trail runs. The 5K will be all trail for the first time. We expect a growing turnout for this opportunity for newcomers to trail running, or fast 5K trail run times.

ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION: closes Sept 17 midnight. Day of Registration opens at 7:45 am.

TECHNICAL T-SHIRT: guaranteed for the first 500 5K, 10K, & 2 Mile Fun Run/Walk combined registrants. Cotton T-shirt for Kids Run.

PRIZES: for overall winners in 10K and 5K, and 10 year age divisions 3 deep for 10K and 5K, provided by Fleet Feet Sports of Vacaville. All 1/2 mile Kids Run get completion ribbon.

PARKING: Free parking, ample adjacent to Venue area with early arrival. Park roads closed once races begin.

AIDE STATIONS: 2 for 10K, 1 for each 5K and 2 Mile.

TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL FUNDRAISING OR DONATIONS encouraged and anyone raising $100 or more will receive additional t-shirt or prize.
