Awards

Up to $5,000 in cash and prizes will be split amongst the top three M/F runners overall in the 5K & 10K races. Kiddie Fun Run participants all receive a race ribbon!

Race Limits

Participants will not be allowed to compete for cash prizes in more than one race at a time.

Complimentary Registrations

As the L.A. Say No To Drugs Race is a charity event to benefit organizations which are successfully fighting drugs, there will be NO complimentary registrations to any of our events. All participants must register at posted registration rates.

Organization, Team & Race Club entries

Groups of 10 or more entrants in any combination of events are entitled to special rates. Group special rates are ONLY valid until 21 Nov 2010. Please contact the Group Registration Director - David Lipchick at david@saynotodrugsrace.org

Pancake Breakfast

Registration for all events includes a free pancake breakfast! Your breakfast "ticket" will be attached to your bib.

Fabulous Goodie Bag

We're told by runners that our race gives the best goodie bag. We work at making it interesting and something you want. NOT just a bunch of paper!

Sponsor Gifts:

Fabulous gifts will be given away after the races to participants in attendance at the time of the give away. Hold onto your prize ticket which is attached to your bib.

Surprise on the Backlot!

There will be a surprise on the course. Fun for the casual runner and probably of not much interest for the fastest competitors. You'll have to participate to find out what it is!

Additional Information

The Tenth Annual L.A. Say No To Drugs Race is a 10K and 5K road race and fun run. There's also a 5K Fun Walk and a Kiddie Fun Run. All participants receive a race t-shirt and a free pancake breakfast! Proceeds benefit the Boys and Girls Club of America, Friends of Narconon and the Drug Free Marshals Campaign. This year we expect to the race to reach course limit. Please register early to ensure a chance to run. The course will wind you through the lot over blacktop on flat ground and up and down several STEEP hills and through some of Hollywood’s most famous sets, including the Bates Motel, Whoville and more. What could be more fun! (This year we'll route the course to avoid cobblestones as much as possible.) The 10K is a double loop of the 5K course. Water Stations & Aid stations are placed strategically along the course and we'll ensure there is enough water this year! Mile markers will be placed along the race course. Up to $5,000 in cash and prizes will be split amongst the 5K & 10K M/F Overall 1st - 3rd place finishers. 100% Cotton t-shirts for all runners and walkers. Join us at the Expo for our famous pancake breakfast, goodies and water and the chance to win a variety of valuable gift prizes!
