We're bringing back the mountain -- our half-marathon will once again scale Tucson's iconic A-Mountain. Set your sights on the local heights—if you can run A-Mountain, you can do anything! The TMC Get Moving Tucson Hlaf-Marathon and 5k start/finish and staging area is in Downtown Tucson.
The start/finish and staging area will be on Church Street just north of Congress. The Half-Marathon heads west and climbs A-Mountain, for the most beautiful morning views in Southern Arizona. See www.azroadrunners.org for course details.
Get Moving Tucson is the third event of the Second Annual Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown -- a celebration of the life of Gabe Zimmerman, lost in the tragic January shooting in Tucson. The Triple Crown also celebrates the best of Tucson -- let's aspire to help others and excel ourselves -- let's live up to our possibilities!! If you can climb A-Mountain, you can do anything!. . . .
