The 2013 Junior Run For Life is a family event for young runners on Friday night (April 5) who are not quite ready for the Run For Life on Saturday (April 6). This popular event will take place on the track inside Yager Stadium on the campus of Washburn University. Youngsters may run either the 0.5 mile or 1.0 mile event or, if they are up to it, they may run both events. To encourage participation the event is FREE; although, those wishing to have a T-shirt must pay $10. We look forward to seeing you on April 5th! Runners should begin arriving as early as 4:00 p.m., but no later than 5:30 p.m. Runs begin at 6:00 p.m.
