Pre-registration fee (by 3/29/10, on-line registration only) $17.00, with t-shirt for first 250. Race day fee $20.00 (with shirts while supply last).
On- line registration closes 3/28/10.
Directions: Route 29 to Route 546; turn west (towards River Road) on Route 546, cross canal and turn right (River Dr.). If already on Route 546, keep straight over Route 29 and canal, turn right.
PLEASE PARK IN DESIGNATED SPACES.
Course is flat, fast, out and back; first half on road, back leg on canal path.
Race Proceeds benefit the D& R Canal Park.
Prizes to top male and female overall finishers. Prizes to first, second and third place male and female finishers in each age group: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
